These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of LuaLeads, operated by Leval AS, a Norwegian-registered company (Org. no: 45677554). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Who We Are

Leval AS is the legal entity behind LuaLeads. We operate from Sandnes, Norway.

2. What We Provide

LuaLeads offers a done-for-you outbound lead generation service. This includes: targeted, verified lead lists, personalized cold outreach copy, email inbox setup and warm-up, campaign sending and monitoring, and ongoing performance optimization (monthly plans only). We are not a self-serve tool. We run campaigns on your behalf.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed excluding VAT. Payment is due in full before service begins and is processed via invoice. Kickoff plans are one-time payments. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and require 2 months’ written notice to cancel. Prices may be updated at any time, with 30 days’ notice for existing clients.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Starter plans: All sales are final. No refunds once onboarding has started.

Monthly plans: Cancel anytime with 2 months’ notice. No partial refunds are issued once the billing cycle has begun.

5. What We Expect From You

To deliver your campaign, we may request: a completed onboarding form, details on your offer and audience, access to your domain registrar for DNS setup, and approval of messaging and targeting. Delays in providing these may affect your timeline.

6. Leads and Conversion

We provide verified leads and personalized outreach. We do not guarantee replies, conversions, or closed deals. You are responsible for engaging with replies and managing sales conversations.

7. Performance Guarantee

For monthly plans: if you do not receive at least 3 qualified replies in your first 30 days, we will rebuild your campaign once for free. To qualify, the following must apply: you approved copy and targeting, at least 100 emails were sent, and the campaign was not paused or altered mid-cycle.

8. Third-Party Tools

We use tools like Calendly, Smartlead, Instantly, Airtable, and Plausible to deliver your service. By using LuaLeads, you agree to their terms as part of our delivery process.

9. Intellectual Property

You own the outreach copy and lead lists we deliver to you. However, the workflows, templates, and internal systems remain the property of Leval AS.

10. Privacy and Data

We process all personal data in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian privacy law. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

11. Limitation of Liability

Leval AS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or reputational harm. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Norway.
